We collaborate with financial institutions to develop innovative, women-centric products and services that address the unique needs of women entrepreneurs, professionals and underserved communities.

Leadership Development and Board Readiness:

We provide training, and access to funding for women entrepreneurs to turn their ideas into thriving businesses.

Entrepreneurship Support:

We provide training, mentorship and access to funding for women entrepreneurs to turn their ideas into thriving businesses.

Advocacy for Policy Change:

We work with policymakers to create systemic reforms that promote financial inclusion and address gender disparities in economic participation and leadership.

Networking and Collaboration:

We facilitate connections among women financial institutions, and industry leaders to build a robust ecosystem of support and shared growth.

Leadership and Advocacy

Focus: Elevating women into decision-making roles and advocating for systemic change.
Key Initiatives: BoardHER: Preparing women for leadership excellence and boardroom roles.
Policy Advocacy Hub: Research, collaboration with governments and lobbying for inclusive policies.

Entrepreneurship and Wealth Creation

Focus: Enabling women to build sustainable businesses and generate long-term wealth.
Key Initiatives:
MentorHER 2 Wealth: Leadership and financial skills development, mentorship and seed funding.
Summit Focus Groups: Sessions on entrepreneurial strategies and investment opportunities. Entrepreneurship Development Programs: Empower aspiring and early-stage women entrepreneurs with skills, knowledge and resources to start, grow and sustain successful businesses.
